At Troll Gadgets, we prioritize your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, our refund and return policy is designed to help you.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
1.2 Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that are altered, worn, or missing parts cannot be returned.
1.3 Non-Returnable Products
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Perishable goods (if applicable).
1.4 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Contact us at sales@trollgadgets.com with your order number and images of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
2. How to Start a Return
2.1 Submitting a Return Request
To start the return process, please contact us at returns@trollgadgets.com and include the following:
- Your order number.
- A description of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return (attach images if the item is damaged or defective).
We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with your return.
2.2 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
2.3 Return Approval
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
3.2 Non-Refundable Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end, such as a defective product or incorrect shipment.
3.3 Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item shows signs of use or wear not related to a defect.
- The return is made after the 7 day period, but within a reasonable time frame.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchanging an Item
We only replace items if they are defective or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at sales@trollgadgets.com with your order number and details of the issue.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or card provider, as it may take additional processing time.

6. International Orders
For international returns, any customs duties or taxes incurred will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
