Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Gift cards.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Perishable goods (if applicable).

2. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return (attach images if the item is damaged or defective).

3. Refund Policy

  • The item shows signs of use or wear not related to a defect.
  • The return is made after the 7 day period, but within a reasonable time frame.
